Central unit SICOTRONIC 5000

The electronic control system consists of a central unit with touch screen and up to 64, as well as centrally distributed input and output modules (EAM) with application-specific functions. All EAMs are LON-FTT10 capable and are powered and powered on the BUS line. All modules can be cost-effectively and easily assembled with the help of sliding rail mounting. Thermal consumers

Just like every cook, the ABM1010 monitors the thermostat status (and, of course, the on / off status of the device switch) when the devices are switched on and counts the number of operating seconds that have elapsed individually and currently. Heating phase, continued cooking phase, loaded and unloaded thermostat play are reliably recognized and evaluated.

To avoid production disruptions for individual devices, the switch-off periods are computer-controlled and automatically reduced to a minimum depending on the load ratio, device type, current use and production phase and thermostat play.

Ventilation systems

The conventional manual control can be replaced by an intelligent, automatic step control to reduce the power consumption of kitchen ventilation and larger extractor hoods automatically reduced to a minimum.

Depending on the number of devices switched on, the ventilation is switched to the individually required supply and exhaust air volume – this saves up to 25% electricity and reduces the costs for preheating.

This module will be used in conjunction with the ZE5000 on compatible charging columns to match the current freely available performance. The distribution of this performance follows under the loading columns. The module emits voltages of 2-10 volts, depending on the configuration of the system, a value in volts is a value in percent of the column load performance. The module is bilingual. Up to 1 module can be connected to the ZE5000.

    Temperature monitoring

    Freezer rooms larger than 10 m³ must be monitored and measured and recorded in a 15-minute cycle. This temperature monitoring of freezer and cold rooms is recommended for food hygiene monitoring according to HACCP or EN ISO 9000 in the commercial kitchen. SICOTRONIC offers a two-wire BUS module for analog temperature measurement. 4 Pt100 sensors with 4-wire connection can be connected. All cold and freezer rooms can be queried locally with this – an individually adjustable temperature limit monitors the correct cold room temperature and issues an alarm if the specified limit is exceeded or fallen short of. The temperature curves up to one year ago can be called up on the graphic display of the central unit by pressing a button, displayed and historically selected.

    Kitchen manager tableaus

    Without the complete laying of signaling or signaling lines from the device to the on-site display unit or the potential-free additional device contacts, high-performance kitchen ladder panels can be connected to the central unit 5000 via just a two-wire line. The kitchen ladder panel signals the on or off status of all electrothermal devices – the chef always has an eye on which devices are currently occupied or whether another device may be accidentally switched on when going home. For this purpose, SICOTRONIC supplies a tablet decoder board that can be integrated into every kitchen ladder panel, which decodes the BUS data (switch-on and switch-off states) and converts it into LED signals. Upon request, an individual anodized panel with a black floor plan print can be delivered ready for surface or flush mounting. Two separate LEDs signal a pending alarm or fault message.

    Alternatively, an electronic version of the panel is available. Using the S5Remote remote maintenance software, the floor plan of any kitchen can be read in on the PC screen using an image file. Freely placeable light fields show the color of the condition of the respective kitchen appliance in the picture.

    LON quantity pulse measuring module

    The LON network technology enables numerous consumptions, including non-electrical ones, to be registered, remotely read out and visualized. SICOTRONIC offers the EAM-IMP module, which operates and queries the widely used and standardized SO interfaces. All types of consumption or flow rates, be it gas, water, electricity, air etc. can be measured. The measured value is saved both in the module as a cumulative sum and in the central unit 5000. From there, this can also be defined manually or time-controlled, e.g. . B. reset at the end of the month.

    LON active power transmitter

    The LON multifunction transmitter measures the respective phase currents on a three-phase feed and thus determines the total power. In addition to the active power, the phase currents can of course also be transmitted. The special sophistication: the LON multifunction transmitter has a contact for HT / NT switching. The installer does not need any further cables or wires to the central unit.

    Another application: e.g. B. with two or more feeds to be monitored at a distance of the measuring points greater than approx. 50 to 100 m, conventional total current measurement is no longer possible, since the current transformers would falsify the measurement result due to the cable power loss. The LON network technology with intelligent transmitters from SICOTRONIC means that local sub-distribution measuring points are set up and digital measured value transmission and totalization are carried out via the LON network – this means that the complex installation of summation current transformers can be dispensed with. Up to 5 measurements are summed up in the ZE5000 and then optimized.
